It is estimated that 1 in 3 people will experience some problems with their sleep during their life time. For many people poor sleep can have a significant impact on their lives. Poor sleep has been linked to an increased risk of developing diabetes as well as depression. Poor sleep can also produce anxiety and a general loss of well being. With over 20 years working as a organisational consultant and facilitator I have seen the impact that poor sleep can have on workplace productivity and safety.
I am available to present talks on sleep to small or large groups. The goal of these talks are to educate people on the nature of sleep, help them understand the factors in their life that influence the quality of their sleep and what they can do to either improve or maintain their current sleeping patterns.
